AerCap Holdings N.V. Announces Pricing of $1.75 Billion Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes
DUBLIN – Monday, September 18, 2023 - On September 18, 2023, AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company (“AICDAC”) and AerCap Global Aviation Trust (together, the
“Issuers”), each a wholly-owned subsidiary of AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap” or the “Company”), priced an offering of senior notes, consisting of $900 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuers’ 6.100% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “2027
Notes”) issued at a price to the public of 99.540% and $850 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuers’ 6.150% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes” and, together with the 2027 Notes, the “Notes”) issued at a price to the public of
99.371%. The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the Company and certain other subsidiaries of the Company. The Issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes,
including to acquire, invest in, finance or refinance aircraft assets and to repay indebtedness.
BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the
underwritten public offering.
