The Company held its 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. (Amsterdam time) at the offices of NautaDutilh N.V. at Beethovenstraat 400, 1082 PR Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The AGM adopted the 2023 annual accounts and voted for all other items which required a vote.
